The Initiative
ISA Congress is an international event that will take place in Turin in 2026. The organization requested the creation of the official website using WordPress.
The goal was to structure and enhance the content, ensuring clarity and visual consistency. Key strengths included constant collaboration and a strong alignment on priorities between the team and the client.
The main challenges involved tight deadlines and the progressive delivery of materials, which demanded strong coordination and continuous management adaptation.

During the initial phase, several challenges typical of projects of this nature emerged. The long overall duration of the project required a continuous commitment of resources, while the tight deadlines imposed by the client were difficult to reconcile with the operational capacity of a structured organisation like ours.
Further complexities arose from the fact that the client was a public entity, a circumstance that required adapting to different procedures and contractual terms compared to our standard workflows.

The project was divided into two main phases: the first focused on the development of the website, while the second was dedicated to maintenance, updates, and content management.
Since the WordPress website was already live and hosted by the client, the team worked directly on the existing installation, paying particular attention to maintaining the stability of a platform already in production.
The development process was not linear, with pages structured into multiple sections and content provided progressively, each with different timelines and priorities.
Results
Results
The project resulted in the creation of a well-structured, functional website aligned with the congress’s identity, while meeting the agreed deadlines despite the initial constraints.
In the absence of quantitative data, the results were primarily qualitative: the project proved to be highly valuable in developing skills related to web development, time management, cross-functional coordination, and adaptability in complex environments, particularly when dealing with tight deadlines and continuously evolving content.
