The Initiative
Witzard is a digital portfolio management platform. The project represents the second phase of a collaboration that began after the development of an MVP. The goal was to design the front end of the complete platform, making it more structured, consistent, and ready for real-world use.
The team focused on both design and development while preserving the existing brand identity. The work took place in a startup environment, where product decisions were continuously evolving and subject to change.

The initial phase focused on realigning the platform's goals and defining its development priorities. From a client management perspective, the project was an invaluable learning experience. Working closely with the client throughout the process required strong communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to balance expectations with technical feasibility and delivery deadlines.
At the same time, the absence of a clearly defined product vision posed a major challenge. Requirements evolved continuously as the project progressed, making the work increasingly demanding and, at times, particularly stressful due to the growing workload and the fast pace of delivery.
Operational phase
Operational phase
Following the initial demo release, feedback was collected, bugs were fixed, and the user interface was further refined. The project is currently evolving, with additional features, such as the payment system, now being implemented.
The process began with the design of wireframes for the platform's different sections, which were progressively reviewed and validated with the client through weekly meetings. Once the overall structure had been finalized, the focus shifted to UI design and front-end development using React and Next.js, following a modular approach based on reusable components.
Results
Results
Despite the challenges related to the progressive definition of the product, the project was successfully completed from a design perspective. The UX and UI are now consistent and well-structured, and the overall experience allowed the team to develop valuable skills in managing complex systems, working through iterative processes, and handling client relationships.
